End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and the Developer.

1. License

Sunembrace Reverie Inc.("the Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use this Game on a single Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. In-App Purchases

Purchases apply only to this app and are handled by Google Play.

3. No Guarantee of Updates

The Developer is not obligated to provide updates or support.

4. Disclaimer

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for damages to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada., without regard to its conflict of law principles.
